Maggi became licensed in 1993 and has dedicated her real estate practice to the representation of home buyers. She obtained her broker’s license in 1996 and opened her own company in 1996, Buyer’s Broker of Hampton Roads, which she operated for ten years before closing it and joining Keller Williams in 2006.
Maggi gives exclusive attention to her buyer clients’ requirements and needs, and never tries to “sell” them a home. She provides extensive knowledge of the market, finds the properties that meet their needs, and puts proved negotiating skills to work for them throughout the home buying process.
For sellers, she uses state of the art technology and marketing resources, yet maintains a close personal communication with her clients until their home is sold and settled.
Maggi is always striving to adapt to changing markets and attends every training opportunity that will further this goal. As such, she is an Accredited Buyer Agent, a Certified Residential Specialist, an ePRO, has also become a Certified Distressed Property Expert.

A native New Yorker, Ellen worked for the U.S. Information Agency in Burma, the USSR, Brazil and France before settling in Virginia Beach with her husband Bill in 1983.
Ellen obtained her real estate agent’s license in 2005 and her ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation in 2006. Since that time she has helped dozens of families with their move to and within the cities of Hampton Roads.
As a Navy dependent, Ellen is familiar with the duty stations in the Hampton Roads area and has experienced first-hand the worries and complexities of long-distance moves.

Stacy has been a resident of Hampton Roads for the past 16 years after moving here with her husband, Brad, who was in the Navy. After Brad left the military in 1998, they decided to stay in Hampton Roads and call it home. Licensed since 1996, Stacy has a successful referral based business and has specialized in new construction and home buyer representation. Doug served five years of active duty in the Navy aboard the USS Enterprise and at the Dam Neck Tactical Data Center. He earned his first real estate license right after leaving the active duty Navy, and later retired as a cCmmander after twenty years of active and reserve duty.
He has lived in Virginia Beach for sixteen years, and nine years ago received his Virginia real estate license and works as an associate broker for Keller Williams Realty at Hilltop.
He concentrates on Luxury-Home Buyers, First-Time Home Buyers and Military Transfers. As a dedicated buyer’s agent he helps folks find and buy their perfect homes, for the right price and the best terms.
He and his wife Michaele have four sons and eight grandchildren.
